Eastside Green Drinks - August 18th - Event
You’re invited: Eastside Green Drinks at Dog Mountain Farm!  Join us an evening of organic veggies, farm animals, door prizes, great drinks and great company at Dog Mountain Farm in Carnation, Wash! Hosted by Dog Mountain Farm and sponsored by Built Green, our August meeting will feature, farm tours, homegrown snacks, and information about the farm’s adult and children’s educational programming through School of the Lost Arts. Eggs and organic produce will also be available for purchase during the event. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit School of the Lost Arts, a non-profit educational organization dedicated to revitalizing sustainable living skills in the culinary, agricultural, and traditional arts. This is sure to be a fun event – don’t miss it!

rom Seattle: - Travel on the I-90 E about 20 miles out of the city. - Take Exit 22 toward Preston/Fall City and turn left onto SE 82nd St - Make the next right onto Preston-Fall City Road SE - Drive 4.5 miles and turn right onto WA-202 E/River St/SE Redmond-Fall City Rd - At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto WA-203 N/Fall City-Carnation Rd SE - Continue 6 miles, into the town of Carnation. - Turn right (East) onto Entwistle (look for the yellow crosswalk sign). - In 0.9 miles, turn left onto Tolt Highlands Rd NE. This becomes a gravel road with blind turns. Please observe the 20 mph speed limit and drive carefully. - In 2 miles you will see the sign and the entrance to Dog Mountain Farm on your right. Proceed to the parking area just past the house.

Eastside Green Drinks - July 21st - Event
This month we have a GREAT summer event hosted at a great East Side Winery, Barrage Cellars.
Barrage Cellars began selling handcrafted wine in Woodinville in 2006 and is currently producing approximately 2500 cases annually. The winemaker (Kevin Correll) focuses on producing high quality, single varietal Bordeaux wines and has won several awards for wine he has produced. Come socialize at the winery and tasting room and learn why Washington wines are quickly becoming known worldwide. Wines available for tasting include Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah.
COST: First Glass of wine is free, courtesy of Landau Associates. Each additioanl glass pours are $5.00

Directions to Vista Park from I-90: take the Highlands Drive/Sunset Interchange (Exit #18). Follow Highlands Dr. up the hill and turn right on NE High Street. Turn left onto 10th Ave NE and go approximately 500 feet to Vista Park.
Transportation and Parking: Please note the park is located in a residential area with limited street parking. Attendees are highly encouraged to park at the Issaquah Highlands Park and Ride located at the intersection of Highlands Drive and NE High Street and walk (approximately ¼ mile) to Vista Park. The Issaquah Highlands Park and Ride is also serviced by Metro routes 218 and 269 and Sound Transit routes 554, 555 and 556.
